GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Applicable to the 28th Occitanie Nîmes Archery 2026
Article 1: Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to registrations for the 28th Occitanie Nîmes Archery 2026.
Consequently, at the time of registration, the archer acknowledges having read the special terms and conditions of sale set out below and expressly declares that they accept them without reservation.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by the ARC CLUB DE NÎMES constitutes proof of all transactions.
Article 2: Products
The products concerned are archer registrations, shuttle reservations, paid training sessions and spectator tickets during the 28th Occitanie Nimes Archery 2026 event.
Article 3: Registration
The archer's registration is considered proof of the nature, content and date of the registration.
Orders are effective from the date of receipt of full payment of the registration fee, including all taxes.
IMPORTANT: any registration not paid within 10 days will be automatically deleted.
The ARC CLUB DE NÎMES reserves the right to cancel any registration of an archer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The registration deadline is 8 January 2026 at 11:59 p.m. After this deadline, no further registrations will be accepted. Any payments received between 8 January and 15 January 2026 will be automatically returned to the sender.
Article 4: Prices
Registration prices include all taxes. These prices are quoted in euros and orders are payable in euros.
Product prices are set by the ARC CLUB DE NÎMES and the price list below is considered final and will not be subject to any changes until the registration deadline for the 28th Occitanie Nimes Archery 2026.

Article 5: Payment
The purchase amount is payable in euros, in full at the time of ordering by the archer. Payment can be made by cheque made payable to the ARC CLUB DE NIMES and by credit card for electronic registrations. All registrations must be made in advance on the website www.nimesarchery.com
The ARC CLUB DE NIMES reserves the right to cancel or request additional information or any other means of payment in the event that the sums involved are significant.
The archer may not, on the grounds of a complaint, withhold all or part of the sums due, nor may they seek compensation.
Article 6: Refund conditions
Cancellation of the tournament:
If, for reasons of health emergency, the tournament is cancelled by the French authorities, your registration fee will be refunded minus a €10 administration fee.
The refund conditions will be as follows:
- Until 31 December 2025, any registration cancelled by the customer, for whatever reason, will be refunded as follows:
- €110 for IWS
- €80 for Master (+50) and Barebow registrations
- €60 for U13, U15, U18 and U21 registrations
- As of 1 January 2026, no refund requests will be accepted.
Article 7: Photographers
Photographer accreditation requests must be made on site during the 28th Occitanie Nîmes Archery 2026 (Parnasse). Accreditation will be granted upon presentation of a valid press card. The ARC CLUB DE NÎMES reserves the right to grant or refuse these accreditation requests.
Photographers agree to make their photos available for internal use by the club, on its website, in press reviews and in promotional materials.
Article 8: Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. The language of this contract is English. In the event of a dispute, any disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions and related orders shall, in the absence of an amicable agreement, fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NÎMES.

Article 10: Confidentiality
Please note that the personal data requested from you is necessary for processing your order and is intended for internal use by the ARC CLUB DE NÎMES.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you are reminded that you have the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning you at any time.
